Cancellation Policy
We understand that it is occasionally necessary for customers to cancel bookings once they have been made.We will try to resell tickets booked for workshops and performances, once all other tickets have been sold. If we do resell tickets, then we will refund the full face value of the ticket less a £1 per ticket charge to cover our costs.
If it is possible to move a booking to a different performance or workshop, then we will do that at no charge.
If we cancel a performance or workshop we will give a full refund of the ticket price.
We will not give refunds under any other circumstances.
This policy is in line with other similar organisations.
